Jiu-Jitsu is the official hand-to-hand combat system of the United
States Military and law enforcement agencies all around the country.
Founded on easy and instinctive movements, this reality-based method
is intended to transmit practical self-defense in the shortest doable
time. Our courses will teach you the defenses against the most common

 The
Youth Program focuses on the physical, emotional and mental well being,
as well as the education of our children. Our young students develop
confidence, discipline, courage, responsibility, and leadership among
other important values. We promote non-violent resolutions to conflict.
Our curriculum integrates physical education and self-defense techniques
with conditioning and skill oriented games aimed at improving your
child’s coordination, motor skills, agility and flexibility. [+]

Gracie, the only facility of its kind
in Florida, is a 6500sq. ft., full-service training ground, dedicated
to providing self-defense instruction. Traditional Gracie Jiu-Jitsu
is recognized as the most complete and practical real world self-defense
system. Our Center features a special, waterproof, hygienic canvas
material -- soft and durable -- used in elite training facilities.
The mats are thoroughly washed daily with hospital disinfectant. A
comfortable reception lounge and separate locker, bathroom and shower
