This introductory class will be an excellent opportunity for you to meet the professors, check out our facilities, and learn some of our proven techniques under the supervision of a certified Valente Brothers Gracie Jiu-Jitsu instructor. After your first class, we will then be able to suggest the program that will best suit your specific goals.
