Rener Gracie connects the Triangle
Professor Rener Gracie suggested some key concepts to improve the Triangle application
On Friday, March 30, Professor Rener Gracie, from the Gracie Academy in Torrance, California and Grandmaster Hélio Gracie's grandson visited Valente Brothers and offered a special and free Triangle workshop to all Valente Brothers students. The 2 hour seminar covered a varitety of details to improve the application of the traingle choke from the guard postion. Valente Brothers students packed the mats and the class was a total success.
Note - Next weekend Master Rickson Gracie will be joining us for a rare 2 day seminar.

Master Rickson returned to Miami for a weekend of seminars
