BUILDING ROCK SOLID KIDS
The Youth Program focuses on the physical, emotional and mental
well being, as well as the education of our children. Our young
students develop confidence, discipline, courage, responsibility,
and leadership among other important values. We promote non-violent
resolutions to conflict.
Our curriculum integrates physical education and self-defense techniques
with conditioning and skill oriented games aimed at improving your
child’s coordination, motor skills, agility and flexibility.

Little Champs TM (4-6)

The Little Champ class focuses primarily on building the winning
attributes needed for learning and productive living, discipline,
courtesy, confidence, character, focus, concentration, and team
work. In addition, we focus on building the basic athletic skills
of strength, flexibility, and coordination. The physical martial
arts skills taught at this level are not over emphasized for this
age group.
Juniors 1 (7-10)

The Junior 1 class focuses on all aspects of martial arts training
both physical and mental. Developing discipline, courtesy, self-control,
confidence, character, concentration, teamwork, and focus. Athletically
we work building strength, flexibility, and coordination. The physical
techniques of martial arts are also stressed for this age group.
Juniors 2 (11-15)

The Junior 2 class focuses on all aspects of martial arts training
both physical and mental. Developing discipline, courtesy, self-control,
confidence, character, concentration, teamwork, and focus. Athletically
we work building strength, flexibility, and coordination. The physical
techniques of martial arts are also stressed for this age group.
In addition, this class is a bridge and transition period into the
adult program. |
